Step 1: Settings for light adjustments of the photo

Let's start with light option in the edit tab of Lightroom which includes base lighting and tonal curve of the photo. Move your slider carefully and according to settings given below or else you can also take reference from picture attached below.

Exposure: -0.63 (by decreasing this it will give darker look to your whole photo)
Contrast: -23 (decrease contrast to give faded look)
Highlights: -100 (to darken the skin color tone to your subject in the photo)
Shadows: +100 (to brighten the subject from the background)
Whites: -38 (whites to be decreased to achieve that dark white tone)
Blacks: +100 (to make your subject bright from the background)

Now Let's move to most important part of photo editing which is tonal curve adjustment (know more about tonal curve).

You can take reference from the picture attached below i have provide light setting and curve settings for white, red, blue and green curves. 




Step 2: Settings for color adjustments

Now let's move to the interesting part of photo editing which is adjusting color of the photo. Here you can adjust temperature, tint, saturation, you color grade and also you can mix color of your photo. For Wildlife Photography look i have given the settings below. 

Move to color option in the edit section and change these setting using the slider.

Temperature: +12 (increase temperature to get bit warmer tone to your photos)
Tint: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)
Vibrance: +13 (it will give punchier colours of your whole photo)
Saturation: +6 (by increasing saturation it will look vivid colours)

Color Grading Settings:

Shadows:
Hue: 185 (by setting to 185 it will give a tint of teal and blue to your photo)
Saturation: 10
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)
Blending: +100
Balance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)

Highlights:
Hue: 50 (this will add orange and yellow tone to your photo which is important for this wildlife nature tone)
Saturation: 14
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)
Blending: +100

Color Mix Settings:

Red
Hue: +10 (to turn red colours into dark orange tone in the photo)
Saturation: -9 (decrease to give wildlife tone to your image)
Luminance: -12 (by decreasing this it will dark red to this tone)

Orange
Hue: +7 (this will change orange tones to yellowish orange which required for this wildlife tone)

Yellow
Hue: -12 (to change the yellowish tone to Wildlife nature photography so that it will look good)

Luminance: -30 (this will give bit dark yellow tone to your photo)

Green
Hue: -42 (by decreasing this it will look green from light green)
Saturation: -13 (if there's any green things then it will desaturate in your photo)
Luminance: -19 (by reduce this value it will give deep dark look)

Teal
Hue: -75 (by this settings it look green teal tone)
Saturation: -93 (this will desaturate your teal tone a which is not the important)
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)

Blue
Hue: -13 (this will change blue tones to light blue which required for this wildlife tone)
Saturation: -94 (this will desaturate your blue tone a which is not the important)
Luminance: -23 (by reducing this it will give dark blue tone)

Purple
Hue: +10 (it will change blueish purple tone into violet tone)
Saturation: -10
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)

Pink
Hue: +25 (by setting it to 25 it will give redish pink tone)
Saturation: -20 (decrease this to fade out pink tone)

Now move to Effects option in the edit section, by using this settings given above image, it will make your photo look crisp and high quality. This includes texture, clarity, vignette and grain.
