Step 1: Settings for light adjustments of the photo

Let's start with light option in the edit tab of Lightroom which includes base lighting and tonal curve of the photo. Move your slider carefully and according to settings given below or else you can also take reference from picture attached below.

Exposure: +0.03 (by increasing this it will give bright look to your whole photo)
Contrast: -49 (decrease contrast to give faded colours look)
Highlights: -10 (to darken the skin color tone to achieve that Halloween tone to your photo)
Shadows: +6 (to brighten the subject a bit from the background)
Whites: -50 (whites to be decreased to achieve that dark white tone)
Blacks: +17 (to make your background dark from the subject)

Now Let's move to most important part of photo editing which is tonal curve adjustment (know more about tonal curve).

Step 2: Settings for color adjustments

Now let's move to the interesting part of photo editing which is adjusting color of the photo. Here you can adjust temperature, tint, saturation, you color grade and also you can mix color of your photo. For Halloween Photography look i have given the settings below. 

Move to color option in the edit section and change these setting using the slider.

Temperature: -1 (decrease little bit temperature to get bit cooler tone to your photos)
Tint: -2 (set -2 to add bit greenish blue tone to your photo)
Vibrance: +41 (it will give dark saturated colours of your whole photo)
Saturation: +12 (by increasing saturation it will look punchier colours)

Hue: -5 (decrease this little bit to change from red to reddish pink)
Saturation: +29 (increase to give Halloween tone to your image)
Luminance: -14 (by decreasing this it will dark red to this tone)

Hue: -11 (reduce this little bit to change from yellowish orange to orange)
Saturation: +63 (by increasing this it will compliment subject's colour tone with the pumpkin festival photography)
Luminance: +11

Yellow
Hue: -54 (to change the yellowish tone to Halloween photography so that it will look good)
Saturation: +12 (it will enhance your yellow's of your photo)
Luminance: +27 (by increasing this value it will exposure the yellow colours of the photo)

Green
Hue: -100 (by decreasing this it will look green from light green)
Saturation: -56 (if there's any green things then it will desaturated your photo)
Luminance: +10 (by increasing this value it will give brighter green look)

Teal
Hue: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)
Saturation: -30 (it will enhance your teal tone of the photo)
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)

Blue
Hue: +32 (set this to 32 blue to purple tone in the photo)
Saturation: -7 (it will fade out the blue tone of the photo)
Luminance: -10 (decrease this to get dark blue tone of your photo)

Purple
Hue: +4 (it will change blueish purple into violet tone)
Saturation: -30 (decrease this to reduce purple tone of your photo)
Luminance: -15 (by decreasing this it will give outdoor look)


Pink
Hue: +25 (by setting it to 25 it will give darker pink tone)
Saturation: -20 (by decreasing this it help to achieve that Halloween tone in your photo)
Luminance: +0 (no changes needed to your photo for this edit)





Step 3: Settings for Effects of your photo

Now move to Effects option in the edit section, by using this settings given above image, it will make your photo look crisp and high quality. This includes texture, clarity, vignette and grain. 

Texture: +8 (by increasing this it will get a HD look)
Clarity: +13 (by increasing this values it will get a sharp look)
Dehaze: -16 (decrease this value it will give faded soft look)

Vignette:-
Amount: -8 (by doing this edges of the photo will be darker and will give a cinematic look)
Midpoint: +31
Feather: +68
Roundness: -34 (reduce this to create roundness around the corner)
Highlights: +20

Grain:-

Amount: +11 (it will give crisp and sharp look)
Radius: +0.70
Detail: +19
Masking: +25


Noise
Noise Reduction: +9 (it will your whole photo a soft look)

Color Noise Reduction: +15 (it will boost your colours to look professional)
Detail: +2

Optional Step 5: Optics

Turn on or Enable lens corrections to give the final touch to your photos but if you don't want you can skip this step.
